"L’appartement était plutôt agréable et confortable. Il y avait une machine à laver, ce qui a été pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Marie s’est montrée agréable lors de notre arrivée."

"La machine Nespresso qui nécessite des capsules particulières … nous n’avons donc pas pu boire de café pendant notre séjour puisque courir dans une boutique Nespresso pendant nos vacances n’était pas notre priorité … (Marie avait laissé 3 capsules quand même..) Le fait de devoir vider le déshumidificateur tous les jours.. Le quartier bien qu’historique peut surprendre."

"Julian is the epitome of a gracious and amiable host, not only going out of his way to accommodate the needs of visitors, but ensuring our stay was highly memorable. Located in a divine part of the region, surrounded by a delightful landscape, staying at Château Haut-Clarise felt an immersive experience. The place itself is a delight, beautifully decorated, a peaceful ambiance, with very comfortable rooms. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with Julian preparing something special each morning. A wonderful place to stay."

"Lovely spacious apartment and had all the facilities needed including washing machine and dishwasher. We ate out all the time but the facilities were there if you needed them. Marie was lovely and let us into the apartment earlier than usual and replied very promptly to texts. She even helped me tune in the television"

"The apartment was in a very poor area of the city with lots of homeless people about. I would not have been happy if if my husband was not with me. I didn’t realise the bedrooms were downstairs so there were no windows in the bedrooms. I thought I may feel claustrophobic but actually we both slept very well."

"The apartment is lovely and in a great spot to explore the city. This is a stylish apartment. It has good kitchen and bathroom facilities and copious drying space for a wash load of laundry. The square a few paces down the road is vibrant and full of great cafés and restaurants. Very easy walk to Place de Bourges and all sights and museums. Convenient 24hr indoor parking in Place du Capuchins a few minutes walk away Fabulous spot from which to explore Bordeaux."

"TWO ISSUES: ONE: We had already informed the host the arrival time, it wasn't 100% yet so we at least told her between 4pm and 5:30pm, and she was now available. I don't know how can a host not be available for the clients... but in the end we managed not to wait long. but if people are traveling to come to your house, the last thing they would like is to wait outside while you are not available, especially after hours of travel. TWO: I mean listen, I will admit that I did not read a message that the host sent me about a down payment, because on that day I was celebrating my brother's wedding (forgive me). but even if I had nothing and I still did not read it, if I call you to understand why I had to pay 400 Euros, I would never image to receive an attitude and rude words about it. She kept telling me it was my fault and that she mentioned it, but I wasn't even blaming her, I simply called to understand why would someone pay a deposit AFTER THEY PAY AND BOOK. she kept answering me that it is what it is and this is how things are whether for 1 night or 7! very rude. and I found myself losing my temper which is a highly unnecessary position to put a client in. especially when they will later on put a review, and on SOCIAL MEDIA. in general: the place: very nice attitude: not nice (even if she ended up apologizing, only after I apologized which is even more strange) Be kinder to people please and they will not only come back, but tell their friends about your place. There was no reason for any rude attitude. #notagain"
